Presenters: Our facilitators know the drill. They are Certified Business Continuity Planners with more than two decades of risk management and emergency response experience. They have dealt with crisis events ranging from man-made resiliency events to natural disasters, the 1993 car bomb and 9/11 plane attacks on the World Trade Center, Hurricane Katrina, and most recently, the I-35W Bridge Collapse.
