North Memorial Engagement Overview

To support the Corporate Vision, the North Memorial Health Care Board approved a multi-year IT Strategic Plan. The plan included an enterprise Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Picture Archival and Communication System (PACS).

 

This required the IT Division to prepare and execute infrastructure projects of unprecedented scope. Project and operational management excellence was critically important for this project.
