Midwave Press Box Event: Live from KFAN studios Monday, March 31, by invitation only.
Midwave today announced a year-long partnership with KFAN Sports Radio AM 1130 for exclusive rights to its in-studio broadcast event location, once referred to as the KFAN Press Box. Starting Monday, March 17, the event location will now be called the Midwave Press Box. Midwave, an IT services firm dedicated to helping medium to large companies and government agencies tackle the most complex IT issues, will host monthly live broadcast events for its clients during prime time with KFAN radio guests including sports figures, both current and retired, authors and other influencers. “Our company’s marketing strategy revolves around educational IT events. The Midwave Press Box provides a venue for us to host events for those clients and prospects who share a love of sports along with a vested interest in staying on top of new IT services, trends and technology,” said Jim Leslie, CEO of Midwave. “Our unique competitive advantage in the IT consulting world is our expertise in both advising clients on how to leverage IT initiatives that support their business strategy, and the fact that we build systems as well.” In addition to the one-year press box partnership, Midwave sponsors the KFAN.com events section and has daily presence on popular KFAN radio show host, Dan Barreiro’s blog. Midwave also signed on as a KFAN advertiser, which is its first entry into radio advertising in the Twin Cities area. “We’re excited to start our partnership because we know our clients and prospects are listening to KFAN, the market leader in sports & lifestyle talk radio,” added Leslie. About Midwave Midwave is an IT services firm dedicated to helping medium to large companies and government agencies located in the upper Midwest tackle the most complex IT issues.
