Midwave is currently looking to fill a lead position in our Integration Services delivery group.  This position will report to the VP of Integration Services and will have responsibilities across technology, sales and marketing, client engagement and financial reporting.   We are looking for a candidate that can provide vision and technical leadership in developing, selling and delivering Midwave’s services portfolio.  This will include, but is not limited to: developing the statement of work, transitioning work from sales to delivery, initiation of assigned client engagements, monitoring/forecasting and status reporting regarding engagement, ensuring quality service delivery and client satisfaction, and resource management while meeting financial and growth goals.

We are looking for a team player that can contribute at an organization level while being involved in new business development, recruitment, identification and development of new service offerings, and employee career planning and retention.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a system integration or professional services firm
• Five years of providing leadership to IT projects
• Solid experience in staff management
• Ten years of technology experience
• Prior experience with technology partners and their channel programs
